Tory, Tory, Tory

A week late, I realize, but here is a succinct report on the state of the British Conservative Party. Less than a year after a sound and demoralizing defeat at the polls and six months after a polarizing leadership campaign, unassuming leader Iain Duncan-Smith has righted the ship and, borrowing a page from President Bush's winning strategy, plotted a moderate course back to respectability.
